First you have to proceed to Paris City Center which is expensive, then you should move to Charles de Gaulle international airport and from henceforth you should proceed to Val d Europe. This is the only available way to make your transfers by bus to reach Residence du Parc.
From Beauvais you should take a shuttle bus or get into a taxi to arrive to Porte Maillot station. From Porte Maillot station the transfers should switch to Le Bus Direct line 2 vehicle that is proceeding to Charles de Gaulle international airport that will stop by at Terminal 2 and then by a Roissybus you will proceed to Terminal 3 in the airport.
At the Terminal 3 you will board in Express 20 bus that is heading to Gare de Meaux and at this bus station you have to change the connection again to a line 69 bus and it will proceed to Gare Val d’ Europe bus station.
As you see here transfers by bus seems also complicated similar to train options that you get. And it involves a lot of cost of money and so as the time.
